Can the ramp be used on a wet surface?
Yes. The special coating keeps its grip. After use the ramp should be dried and stored in a dry place.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The rubber feet and elastic straps are replaceable wear parts. For any other damage you can send photos for an individual assessment.
What if it is out of stock?
Your order is accepted. We contact you personally and confirm when the ramp will be built — usually within 5 to 10 working days.
